- ➤ UNA's Marching Pride of North Alabama, a 275-member band led by Dr. Lloyd Jones in his 26th season, will perform at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade next month in New York City as the band rehearses daily—local fundraisers have helped raise $90,000 toward the nearly half a million dollars needed for the trip.
