  • Local organizers announced that Sizzle and Smoke will return later this month at Ingalls Harbor for its fifth year with sizzling steaks, smoky barbecue and live music—raising funds for local causes.   • Christy Williams, a math coach at Eastwood Elementary, became a hero this past weekend when she jumped fully clothed into a pool in Decatur to rescue a drowning child and help parents offer chest compressions before the child was taken by ambulance.  News 19
