  • On Sept. 6 at 8:30 p.m., Priceville and Hartselle police pursued a suspect that ended in a crash at the Highway 31—Highway 36 intersection, with six injured and taken to hospitals while the suspect was taken into custody.  News 19

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • On September 3, 2025, the Legacy 4 Korean War Veterans Foundation hosted a luncheon and Q&A session that honored Korean War veterans and brought together ROTC cadets to learn from military leaders. Lieutenant General Sean A. Gainey + Command Sergeant Major John Foley answered questions and shared insights during the event.  WAAY-TV

  • The USA Patriots—America’s Amputee Softball Team—will play against AUSA Redstone-Huntsville at Toyota Field on Saturday, September 13, just before the Rocket City Trash Pandas game. All proceeds from the game will support a free camp for kids with limb differences.  WAAY-TV
