  • Gadsden Police reported that an infant was found dead in a hearse at West Gadsden Funeral Home on Saturday, Aug 9—detectives and forensics specialists processed the scene in an ongoing investigation.  News 19
  • Priceville Police arrested John Allan McBay—a 59-year-old Hartselle man—on Aug. 8 at about 4:45 p.m. after stopping his vehicle on Natural Bridge Road following a disturbance report, finding fentanyl, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and setting a bond of $31,000.  News 19
  • Authorities arrested Jason Rose after a multi-county chase ended near Priceville—when officers intercepted his pickup truck, recovered a quarter-pound of meth and other evidence, and charged him with multiple drug and weapons offenses.  Rocket City Now
