The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce announced a new referral program in partnership with Fiserv – Clover and local consultant Dana McKean to offer members exclusive pricing, special promotions and one-on-one local support.

When members sign up and activate a Clover account, the Chamber receives a small recurring revenue share that helps fund its programs.

Priceville Police launched Monday’s Most Wanted on July 28 to clear active warrants—and posted the first notice on August 4.

The department seeks 31-year-old Phillip Dale Acton, wanted for probation violations and missing court, and he was seen on Union Hill Road in Somerville.

AAA reported that as of July 28, Decatur's gas averaged $2.72 for regular, $3.16 for mid-grade and $3.53 for premium—below national averages of $3.15, $3.62 and $3.98—showing similar trends across North Alabama.

Donations are accepted to support the program and help prevent similar tragedies.
