- ➤ An Eva man, Christopher Stephen Shadix, 56, was charged with drug trafficking after officers found fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales during a traffic stop near Point Mallard Parkway on Sunday and he was booked into Morgan County Jail without bond as authorities reviewed a prior case. - ➤ Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Summer Courtyard Apartments on Acadia Drive early Sunday around 12:53 a.m.—they arrested 20-year-old Kobe Cowan after he unlawfully entered an apartment and physically assaulted a victim, and he is now held without bond in Morgan County Jail under Aniah’s Law.
