- ➤ Decatur Police charged a man with first-degree domestic violence on Sunday at about 12:53 a.m. after officers responded to a disturbance at Summer Courtyard Apartments where he unlawfully entered and assaulted a resident—he was then taken into custody and booked without bond at Morgan County Jail.
