- ➤ Morgan County man Reaford Williams III (of Danville) was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Thursday for the 2019 drunk driving death of 19-year-old Harvest teen Troy Rashawn Howard (time served credited) after he drove on the wrong side of I-565 where alcohol was a factor. News 19
