ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Multiple people were injured after an 18-wheeler crashed several times near the Tennessee River Bridge (southbound) on Tuesday and left the scene before it was found smoldering at the Priceville Exit (Morgan County authorities said EMS and other agencies responded). News 19
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ On Tuesday night, 23-year-old Kaleb Dewayne Winfrey Wood from Hartselle led police on a high-speed chase on I-65 South as he drove over 120 mph, nearly hit another car, and surrendered at a Highway 67 parking lot while facing charges for attempting to elude law enforcement and reckless endangerment. - ➤ Somerville Police Department is asking the public to help find Dustin Joe Brown (35) who is wanted in a domestic investigation and was last seen near Eva and Falkville; anyone with information should call the Morgan County 911 non-emergency line. News 19
- ➤ A Winfield man was charged with murder on Tuesday—he also faces two additional charges—after a traffic incident on I-65 killed a college football player in Limestone County. Decatur Daily
