  • Priceville Police arrested 31-year-old Terry James Tolliver III from Tampa after stopping his vehicle on I-65 near mile marker 334 Saturday at 11 p.m., booking him without bond at Morgan County Jail after officers discovered he had multiple active national felony warrants, including charges for grand theft with Leon County Sheriff’s Office and felony court violations in Michigan (making him a fugitive from justice).  News 19
