Decatur police arrested I’tionna Monae Leslie (27) and Casandra Yvette Leslie (59) on Thursday on charges of aggravated child abuse, and they are held without bonds pending an Aniah’s Law hearing on April 30 and arraignment on June 23; I’tionna was previously arrested for child abuse though that case was dismissed.
