- ➤ Since January, the Chamber’s leadership programs held sessions that began with a GE Appliances tour and a visit to the Decatur-Morgan County Entrepreneurial Center to explain local economic development. In February and March, student groups toured sites including United Launch Alliance, downtown Decatur and the Alabama State Capitol—joining talks with local leaders and completing an overnight trip to Montgomery. - ➤ Samuel Blake English IV, a 25-year-old man already in jail for a SORNA violation, was charged with a first-degree terrorist threat for allegedly threatening a Morgan County Judge+ his bond is set at $600,000. News 19
- ➤ Decatur police arrested Kenneth Davis, the suspect wanted for a January burglary at a business on the 2700 block of Springe Ave SW, during a traffic stop Friday—he is held on a $2,500 bond at Morgan County Jail while police continue their investigation. WAAY-TV
